As the tallest and largest single ice structure in the park, it’s 42.8 meters high with 39,000 cubic meters of ice. the core area takes the image of the Chinese character "山" (means mountain) held up by snowflakes. It echoes the 10th anniversary of the concept of "Ice and Snow Are Also Gold and Silver" and the 20th anniversary of "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets". It bears the perseverance of the "Chuang Guandong" migrants and the passionate pioneers, and freezes into a silent historical epic in ice and snow. It not only displays the profound heritage of Harbin's urban culture, but also engrains the original aspiration and memories of the city's development.
