　　陶博城作为国家对外文化贸易基地(景德镇)的运营单位，是景德镇推进国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区建设的重要对外文化经贸载体。基地依托景德镇千年陶瓷文化底蕴，统筹文化交流与对外贸易，打造面向全球的陶瓷文化贸易国际化平台，是中部六省地区唯一集“跨境电商综试区、国家市场采购贸易方式试点、国家对外文化贸易基地”三个国家级对外贸易政策的专业市场。

　　As the operating entity of the National Base for International Cultural Trade (Jingdezhen), Trade Business Ceramics serves as a key foreign cultural and economic trade platform for Jingdezhen in advancing the construction of the National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone.Leveraging Jingdezhen’s millennia-old ceramic cultural heritage, the base coordinates cultural exchanges and foreign trade to build an international platform for ceramic culture and trade oriented to the world. It is the only specialized market in the six central provinces that integrates three national-level foreign trade policies: the Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone, the National Market Procurement Trade Pilot, and the National Base for International Cultural Trade.

　　基地构建四大功能中心为核心的实体产业矩阵。国际会展中心作为中国景德镇国际陶瓷博览会的永久举办地，是赣东北部、赣浙闽皖四省交界地区规模最大、功能最全、规格最高的国际综合会展中心之一，场馆充分发挥会展经济的纽带作用，以展搭台、以会促商，为海内外客商搭建高效的贸易合作与文化交流窗口。以此为展贸平台为基础，国际陶瓷交易中心集聚数600余家陶瓷企业，覆盖全品类陶瓷产品，真正实现“一站式采购;配套建设数字贸易产业园，联动跨境贸易平台，汇聚直播电商、跨境电商、市场采购贸易等多元业态，推动线下实体市场与数字贸易双向赋能，打通线上线下贸易链路，全面实现“买全球，卖全球”。为匹配跨境贸易发展需求，国际云仓物流中心配备海关监管仓、国际物流等功能，以数字化物流体系打通陶瓷进出口履约链路，为商贸出海筑牢物流保障。依托成熟的产业贸易优势，国际文旅研学中心充分挖掘陶瓷文化价值，具备千人级研学、食宿、会议接待能力，在对外商贸之外承担文化传播、人才培育的重要职能，实现产业贸易与文化教育双向协同发展。

　　The base has established a physical industrial matrix centered on four major functional centers. As the permanent venue of the China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo, the International Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the largest, most complete and highest-standard international comprehensive convention and exhibition centers in northeastern Jiangxi and the adjacent areas of Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui. The venue fully leverages the connecting role of the exhibition economy, using exhibitions as a stage and conferences to promote business, and provides an efficient window for trade cooperation and cultural exchange for domestic and overseas merchants.

　　Building on this exhibition and trade platform, the International Ceramic Trading Center gathers more than 600 ceramic enterprises, covers all categories of ceramic products, and truly realizes one-stop sourcing. A supporting Digital Trade Industrial Park has been developed in coordination with cross-border trade platforms, bringing together diverse business forms such as livestream e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce and market procurement trade. It promotes the mutual empowerment of offline physical markets and digital trade, opens up online and offline trade chains, and fully realizes "buy globally, sell globally."

　　To meet the needs of cross-border trade development, the International Cloud Warehouse and Logistics Center is equipped with customs supervised warehouses, international logistics and other functions. Through a digital logistics system, it connects the fulfillment chain for ceramic imports and exports, providing solid logistics support for overseas trade.

　　Relying on mature industrial and trade advantages, the International Culture, Tourism and Study Center fully explores the cultural value of ceramics. It has the capacity to receive 1,000 people for study programs, accommodation and conferences. In addition to foreign trade, it also undertakes important functions in cultural dissemination and talent cultivation, realizing the coordinated development of industrial trade and cultural education.

　　在四大核心业态之外，基地配套建设自驾游营地。营地由TBC自驾游营地和昌南古宅自驾游营地两大功能片区组成，占地面积超5万㎡，设置标准自驾车位700余个。两大片区全年免费开放，配齐充电桩、卫浴、休闲游乐等服务设施，构建起陶博城文旅商融合的休闲体验空间，是赣东北自驾旅游廊道上的重要文化型服务节点。

　　Beyond the four core business functions, the base is also equipped with a self-driving tour campsite. The campsite consists of two functional areas: the TBC Self-driving Tour Campsite and the Changnan Ancient Residence Self-driving Tour Campsite, covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters and with over 700 standard self-driving parking spaces. The two areas are open free of charge all year round and are fully equipped with charging piles, sanitary facilities, leisure and recreation facilities and other service amenities. They form a leisure experience space integrating culture, tourism and commerce in Taobo City, and serve as an important cultural service node along the self-driving tourism corridor in northeastern Jiangxi.

　　整体上，基地坚持展贸联动、数实融合的发展思路，串联起会展展示、陶瓷交易、跨境物流、文化研学、休闲文旅完整链条，聚力建设全球陶瓷文化贸易枢纽，持续推动中华陶瓷文化对外传播输出，高水平构建富有景德镇瓷都特色的对外文化贸易生态体系。

　　Overall, the base adheres to the development approach of linking exhibitions with trade and integrating digital and physical operations. It connects the complete chain of exhibition display, ceramic trading, cross-border logistics, cultural study programs and leisure tourism, focuses on building a global hub for ceramic cultural trade, continuously promotes the international dissemination and export of Chinese ceramic culture, and builds a high-standard foreign cultural trade ecosystem with the distinctive characteristics of Jingdezhen as the porcelain capital.
